First Red Flag Warning Of The Year Issued

The first red flag warning for the North Bay this year has been issued. Taking effect at 10 PM last night, the National Weather service issued the warning for elevations higher than 1,000 feet in Sonoma, Lake, Napa and Marin counties through 8 PM tonight. Wind gusts are expected between 30-40 miles per hour hitting up to 50 MPH in the higher peaks. Relative humidity is also down from 30 to 40% to 10 to 25%.
