Sonoma County Supervisors To Begin Conversation On How To Spend PG&E Settlement Money From 2017 Fires

The city of Santa Rosa’s pondering it, and today the Sonoma County Board of Supervisors will begin a conversation about how to spend nearly $150 million in PG&E settlement money from the 2017 fires. The biggest issue; whether to spend a chunk of that money earmarked for fire recovery on the current pandemic costs in the county’s budget. The discussion begins at 2 o’clock this afternoon.
