Sonoma County Adds Another 70 Coronavirus Cases To Total Caseload

Sonoma County will soon pass 8,700 coronavirus cases. The caseload is at 8,684 after health officials confirmed nearly 70 new cases yesterday. The death toll remains at 128 after no new deaths were reported. And just a couple hours south, United Airlines is now offering pre-travel coronavirus testing at SFO in an effort to safely restore travel to Hawaii. Travelers to the islands who test negative for the virus within three days of flying will no longer be required to quarantine for two weeks upon arrival. Passengers will need to make an appointment, register at the reception desk, speak to an online medical tech and then head to an outside tent for testing. Results come back within 15 minutes. Those who test positive will not be allowed in the terminal or on the plane even if they are asymptomatic. United Airlines is the first airline in the country to provide COVID-19 testing.
