A condo project and property in Oakmont where a 82 unit condominium project is planned is up for sale.
The Press Democrat reports that the 12.6 acre property owned by Oakmont Senior Living is now listed for $5 million. The project, called Emerald Isle, was approved by Santa Rosa officials in October of 2019 but has yet to break ground. The project has been questioned by critics who point out it’s location and potential for wildfire activity. It’s located next to the Fountaingrove Club Golf Course at the east end of Gullane Drive.
