Officials have identified the man who drowned at Lake Berryessa. Yesterday, the Napa County Sheriff’s Office identified San Jose resident Billy Dy as the victim. Dy’s body was found Saturday morning after search teams went well into Friday night searching for him. He was reported missing after he went swimming near the Pleasure Cove Marina.
