A man is in critical condition after a shooting in the parking lot of a Santa Rosa shopping center. Shots were fired in the area of Marlow and Guerneville Road last night. The 24-year-old victim got into an argument with an unknown person before he was shot by the suspect from an unknown vehicle. The victim was taken to the hospital by a good Samaritan and is in stable condition with non-life-threatening injuries to his upper body. There is no word on how many times the victim was shot. When officers arrived, the suspect was not at the scene. No arrests have been made.
