Santa Rosa will be holding a memorial for a well-known owner of a taqueria in the city. The public is invited to celebrate the life of Eduardo Lepe this Sunday at Sonoma Mountain Village. Lepe, who owned Lepe’s Taqueria, died this past Sunday at the age of 51 due to coronavirus complications. The memorial will be held at 11 a.m. Sunday morning at Valley House Drive in Rohnert Park. It will include an outdoor service and a casual reception.
