The second suspect in a fatal shooting at a Covelo bar has surrendered. 32-year-old Carina Amanda Carrillo surrendered to Mendocino County Sheriff’s Office detectives in Willits. She and 34-year-old Dino Michael Blackbear are suspects in a fatal shooting at Buckhorn Bar on Covelo Road last Wednesday night. Blackbear was arrested Friday night after leading authorities on a vehicle chase in Fort Bragg. Booking information on Carrillo remains unavailable but Blackbear is being held in lieu of $2.75-million bail.
