A lawsuit filed against the West Sonoma County Union High School District has been thrown out. A tentative ruling was issued by the County Superior Court Judge yesterday. The lawsuit was filed by a west county parent against the district over the consolidation of two high schools. Judge Arthur Wick said the lawsuit was filed after the 35-day window for legal challenges based on the California Environmental Quality Act, which is the basis for the lawsuit that was filed.
