PG&E Pleads Not Guilty to Charges Relating to Kincade Fire

Pacific Gas & Electric has pleaded not guilty to all charges related to their alleged role in the 2019 Kincade Fire. Attorneys for the utility company pleaded not guilty yesterday. Over 30 charges were alleged by Sonoma County prosecutors over the fire that forced nearly 200-thousand residents from their homes. A preliminary hearing will start on February 8th of next year.
