A driver is dead after crashing on a off ramp of Highway 101 in Windsor. On Sunday morning, CHP responded to the Arata Lane exit ramp to find a vehicle versus a tree and an occupant ejected. Investigators believe a Nissan Maxima was traveling southbound on Highway 101 and exited at Arata Lane. The vehicle was traveling at an unsafe speed and the male driver lost control on a veering right curve of the off-ramp. The Nissan ran off the roadway and crashed into a tree which ejected the driver. The time of the crash remains under investigation, but it appears
