Sebastopol has approved a plan for an RV village for homeless people who live out of their vehicles. The city council unanimously approved the plan for a safe parking program on Gravenstein Highway North. This program comes in response to a growing homeless camp with over a dozen RVs off of Morris Street. The hope for officials is to move as many people as possible from the camp into the RV village.
