The County of Sonoma is expanding Covid vaccination access with a vaccine clinic at the Fairgrounds for the next four weekends. Beginning Saturday, county health officials will hold large-scale vaccine clinics inside the Garrett Building on the Sonoma County Fairgrounds campus. The clinics will be open from 9 AM to 4 PM every Saturday and Sunday through February 20th. Anyone will be able to get their first shot or boosters, but the clinics are especially focused on kids ages 12 and up who still need their boosters. Currently, just 27-percent of children ages 5 to 11 are fully vaccinated. Additionally, only 58-percent of the eligible population is both fully vaccinated and boosted.
