Old Redwood Highway in Windsor may be getting an update. Last week, the Windsor Town Council heard the first draft of the Old Redwood Highway Corridor Enhancement Plan which would revitalize the highway from Starr Road to Shiloh Road. It would fill in sidewalk gaps, create crosswalks, distinctive gateways, streetscaping, and consistent landscaping. Council members made suggestions and the plan is expected to come back for approval at a February 16th council meeting.
