Suspect on Lazzini Avenue Arrested for Drug Possession

Items confiscated from Dionicio Carranza Villalobos (Santa Rosa Police)

A 46-year-old Santa Rosa man has been arrested for possession of drugs and child endangerment. Last month, the SRPD’s Narcotics Team began a drug trafficking investigation into Dionicio Carranza Villalobos. They found that Villalobos was selling large amounts of methamphetamine and cocaine in the City of Santa Rosa and surrounding areas. Yesterday, police served a search warrant on his residence on Lazzini Avenue and found 7 baggies containing 2 pounds of cocaine, 3 baggies containing over 1 pound of methamphetamine, a quarter pound of heroin, $10,000 in cash, and ammunition. Items indicative of drug sales were also located, including packaging material, cell phones, and scales.
