Construction of 43 luxury apartments and condos has started in Healdsburg’s Mill District. The price tag for the residential and commercial development is $500-million. And, each unit will run between a million and eight-and-a-half-million bucks. Half of them have already been sold. Construction is expected to be done in 2024.
