Longtime Sacramento State University administrator Ming-Tung Lee will become interim Sonoma State University president after Judy Sakaki steps down on July 31st. Lee, who also goes by Mike, was picked by California State University Interim Chancellor Jolene Kester. Lee will serve as SSU president between August 1st and next June. During that time, the CSU Board of Trustees will conduct a national search for the next university president. Sakaki is stepping down after six years, following a sexual harassment and retaliation scandal involving she and her husband.
