A lawsuit involving former Windsor Mayor Dominic Foppoli has hearings set for December. Judge Jennifer Dollard made the move yesterday for one of two lawsuits involving Foppoli and Christopher Creek Winery, brought forward by seven women accusing him of sexual crimes. A motion will first be heard in October whether to drop Christopher Creek as a defendant for most of the counts. Meanwhile, court records show that Foppoli has yet to hire an attorney for this lawsuit nor the other suit involving a Montana woman who claims Foppoli raped her repeatedly when she was 18. Foppoli has denied all allegations.
