Rainbow Fentanyl confiscated by Multnomah County Sheriff

A public safety warning is released about “rainbow colored fentanyl”. Investigators say it looks like colored chalk and poses a huge risk to kids, who may think they can touch it. They say it’s also way more potent, it’s powered and multi-colored. Sheriff’s deputies seized about four grams in Portland, Oregon and pushed out the public warning. Investigators already detected the rainbow fentanyl in California, and believe it’s working its way up the West Coast from Mexico. Health officials warn it only takes 2 milligrams of fentanyl to cause a fatal overdose.
