Airbnb is taking yet another step to prevent parties across California. Hosts can now get a free noise sensor if they’re worried renters might get too loud. It’s a partnership with Minut, which is also offering a three month subscription to monitor noise and occupancy for free. Airbnb says that 12-thousand people were stopped from booking entire home listings during Halloween last year due the company’s anti-party ban.
