More Californians are getting inflation relief payments this week. Another batch of debit cards just went out. Most people have already received their money by direct deposit. The state Franchise Tax Board says 95-percent of all payments will be made before the first of the year. As of a week ago, 21-million people had benefited so far. The goal of the Middle Class Tax Refund is to help with high gas and cost of living prices.
