Santa Rosa City Council Approve 1st Raise for Themselves in 17 Years

The Santa Rosa City Council is giving itself a pay raise for the first time in 17 years. Council members will see their monthly salaries double after Tuesday’s unanimous vote. Council members will be making $17,760 per year, with the mayor getting paid $26,640 annually. The pay boost will take effect in one week.
