Sonoma County Health Officer Doctor Sundari Mase will support an official recommendation to wear masks indoors. Mase will join other county health officials in the Bay Area in backing the future regional recommendation. The Association of Bay Area Health Officials is expected to formally issue the recommendation later this week. It comes as all nine Bay Area counties are seeing a spike in COVID-19 and flu cases.
