A Northern California man is confessing to Monday’s mass shooting. He told a local NBC news station that he killed seven current and former coworkers at two farms in Half Moon Bay. The 66-year-old claims he was bullied and says he snapped when his boss demanded he pay 100-dollars over a work accident that wasn’t his fault. Investigators say he targeted people he had long grudges against. Arraignment is set for next month.
