Sonoma and all of the other 57 counties in California are now at a low COVID-19 community level. That’s according to data released by the CDC on Thursday. The data was taken during the week of March 15th through 21st. It includes the number of COVID cases per 100-thousand residents and hospital capacity. At the start of March, eleven of California’s counties were still at the medium risk level.
