A Rohnert Park Woman has been sentenced after a shooting at a sandwich shop last November. The prosecution and the defense agreed that 19-year-old Jade Cutrer acted in self defense. However, she plead no contest back in April to one count of felony possession of an unregistered and loaded gun. Cutrer was sentenced last week and will serve a 90 day sentence, possibly under work release, plus 24 months of probation. She has also been ordered to stay away from the site of the shooting, Sourdough & Co. on Commerce Boulevard in Rohnert Park. The gun that was used will be destroyed. Cutrer worked at the restaurant at the time when three people confronted her. They all knew each other but police never said how.
