There is concern that the new In-N-Out location on Santa Rosa Avenue will add to the traffic headaches in the area. The City of Santa Rosa’s deputy director of traffic engineering says otherwise. Rob Sprinkle spoke with the Press Democrat and said the new In-N-Out location has satisfied requirements to keep vehicles from spilling onto Santa Rosa and Yolanda avenues. It has two entrances — one on Santa Rosa Avenue and another behind McDonald’s off Yolanda Avenue. He also said that this new location will split the traffic difference between this In-N-Out and the north Santa Rosa location. Sprinkle did admit there could be a temporary increase of traffic in the area with the opening. The second In-N-Out location in Santa Rosa opened Thursday.
