Items confiscated from Adan Valencia-Velazquez (Santa Rosa Police)
A suspected cocaine and meth dealer from Windsor is behind bars. Santa Rosa police suspected that 35-year-old Adan Valencia-Velazquez was distributing large amounts of cocaine in the area. They searched his home on Andrew Way in Windsor this week and while executing the warrant, police saw Valencia-Velazquez throw a plastic shopping bag over his rear fence. Police found over 4 pounds of cocaine in the bag. A search of the residence turned up about 5 pounds of meth. Other items were also found that were indicative of sales. On top of drug charges, Valencia-Velazquez was also charged with child endangerment as police found the meth where the two children living in the home could have reached it.
