Santa Rosa police have arrested an 18-year-old man for doing donuts in an intersection. Last Friday night, officers saw a vehicle driving recklessly and spinning donuts south of their location in the residential intersection of Jennings Avenue and Ridley Avenue. They pulled over the driver, Alexander Hermosillo and arrested him for reckless driving. His vehicle was towed and impounded for 30 days.
