Arrest of Joseph Douchette in Monte Rio (Sonoma Sheriff)
A suspect is behind bars after a man was found shot to death inside a home in Monte Rio. The suspect, 41-year-old Joseph Douchette, was arrested near the home shortly after the man was found dead on Sunday afternoon. Douchette is behind bars without bail on suspicion of murder and violating a felony Sonoma County arrest warrant. It’s unclear if and how the men knew each other.
