Broken cigarettes and tobacco. Quit smoking now
Santa Rosa is considering making changes to keep tobacco products out of the hands of young people. Their proposal would require businesses that sell cigarettes and other tobacco products to get a tobacco retail license. The plan would also impose further restrictions on the sale of flavored tobacco and ban the sale of e-cigarettes. Businesses that don’t comply under this plan would face fines or have their licenses revoked. The plan has been presented to the Santa Rosa City Council and city staff will return with the plan in the first quarter of 2024 for further review and consideration.
