The interim executive director of Corazón Healdsburg is getting the job permanently. Marcy Flores was appointed as interim executive director in October 2022 after former Executive Director Gleydon de Freitas left. This past Friday, Corazón Healdsburg announced that Flores has the job permanently. Corazón Healdsburg works primarily with Sonoma County’s latino population providing family centered support like case management, financial assistance, as well as other outreach services. In 2023, the non-profit gave over $250,000 in direct financial aid to 504 families.
