An attorney representing Sonoma-based developer Ken Mattson says Mattson’s mansion has been on the market for more than two years. That’s what attorney Randy Sue Pollock told the Press Democrat on Monday night. On Sunday, the San Francisco Chronicle reported Mattson’s mansion in Piedmont was posted for sale online last Thursday. Mattson’s longtime business partner, Tim LeFever, recently accused Mattson of defrauding investors. And, on Friday, the FBI raided a home linked with Mattson northeast of Sonoma. The FBI has not provided a reason for the raid, which did not lead to any arrests.
