Former St. Vincent de Paul Principal Pleads Not Guilty to Embezzlement

The former principal of Saint Vincent de Paul College Prep in Petaluma is pleading not guilty to an embezzlement charge. Patrick Daly, who was charged with one count of grand theft in August, is accused of embezzling at least 100-thousand dollars from the school. Daly was fired as the Catholic school’s principal in August of 2023, after six years on the job. He is accused of using a school credit card to make thousands of dollars in unauthorized purchases. Daly is due back in court on November 5th when a preliminary hearing will be scheduled.
