If you are looking for a way to cool down, how about a freeze? A Foster’s Freeze, that is. The tiny ice cream and burger shop on 4th street in Santa Rosa is celebrating 75 years in business today. The Press Democrat reports the franchise has passed through many hands over the years, and the menu has expanded, but the small shack with a few seats outside has remained the same.
