A law firm has been chosen to represent the LeFever Mattson bankruptcy proceedings. The Press Democrat reports that a committee of creditors has picked the firm Pachulski Stang Ziehl & Jones to execute the interests of investors who might have claims in the dozens of bankruptcies filed by LeFever Mattson entities. It’s expected that the claims will be treated as one big pool of assets rather than treated separately. It’s unknown how long the bankruptcy process will take over the $400-million LeFever Mattson empire.
