A drunk driver has been arrested after crashing in four parked cars near youth soccer practices in Santa Rosa. On Wednesday afternoon, a gray Lexus sedan was driving recklessly in the parking lot of A Place to Play community park at 2375 West Third Street. It crashed into four parked cars, all of which had parents inside of them, causing minor injuries to one parent. The driver, 19-year-old Angel Uribe, tried to run away after the crash but was stopped by several bystanders until police arrived. Uribe was arrested as investigators believe he was under the influence of alcohol at the time of the crash.
