A new wine bar is coming to downtown Santa Rosa this August, defying recent economic headwinds and wine industry volatility.
The Press Democrat reports “Frenchie’s” will open at 642 Fifth Street, spearheaded by experienced sommelier and former national sales director Morgan Gray.
The new spot aims to revitalize the downtown core, which has faced vacancy challenges and a lower concentration of wine venues than neighboring Healdsburg or Windsor. Alongside a carefully curated wine list, guests can look forward to upscale small plates like duck liver mousse, tartines, and a rotating selection of conservas.
