New Cafe And Bakery Brings Community Hub To Graton

A long-empty firehouse in downtown Graton is finding new life as a vibrant community gathering spot.

The Sonoma Magazine reports four locals have teamed up to open Graton Station, launching a weekend coffee cart as construction continues on a full-service cafe and bakery.

Founded with help from the non-profit ReVillage, the project aims to create a welcoming neighborhood space where residents can gather, linger, and connect. The kitchen will feature seasonal, locally sourced breakfast and lunch items alongside house-made pastries created by fine-dining veteran chefs.

In addition to daily food and drinks, plans for the space include workshops on food preservation, live music, and evening community dinners.

Organizers hope the new hub brings fresh energy and a long-sought central meeting point to the heart of town.
