Work to widen the Highway 101 overcrossing at Hearn Avenue starts tomorrow. That will mean delays for drivers in south Santa Rosa. The right-turn lane from westbound Hearn Avenue to northbound Corby Avenue will be closed for nine months as a crew builds the northern section of the new crossing. The turn pocket from southbound Corby to eastbound Hearn will be closed for the next nine months as well. The closures will begin early tomorrow morning.
