Jeff and Chef Tracey talk about her background and career in the culinary world, and her love for artisan cheese. Chef Tracey shares a few wine and cheese pairings with Jeff and producer Michelle Marques: Kendall-Jackson Avant Lower Calorie Chardonnay paired with Cypress Grove Humboldt Fog and a Yuzu Jelly, and La Crema Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir paired with Cypress Grove Midnight Moon aged goat cheese with a dried cherry jam and bacon almonds.
