Host Michelle Marques talks with Linda Tams, Advertising Chair for the 11th Annual Greek & Middle Eastern Food Festival, Saturday and Sunday August 12th and 13th from noon to 9pm each day. Admission is FREE, but be sure to bring your wallet to enjoy delicious food like homemade Gyros, Hummus, Falafel, Schawerma, and Baklava! Enjoy beer, Turkish coffee, and Greek coffee. Watch cultural dance, and listen to great live music and DJs spinning Mediterranean & Middle Eastern Music. There's a kids area and a great Middle Eastern Market as well!

The wines at Lambert Bridge are quite enjoyable. They're approachable, you'll love spending time with them and you'll wish the experience wouldn't end. I would say the same thing about their winemaker, Jennifer Higgins, or Jenn, as many people refer to her. Lambert Bridge has a warm, inviting tasting room and the hospitality mirrors that as well. Aside from their wine they're presenting a Chef's Table Series that is an incredible food and wine experience. We touch upon that as well as the upcoming James Beard Foundation Celebrity Chefs Dinner, this Saturday, 8/5/17. If you see this in time tickets are still available. We Care – School Supplies Drive August 6th

Host Michelle Marques talks with Julia and David Henderson from Discovery Church in Rohnert Park about We Care, a program to help children get school supplies and clothes for the new school year. They plan on distributing 500 back packs along with school supplies and clothes at a FREE event on Sunday, August 6th from noon to 3pm at the Rohnert Park Community Center (5401 Snyder Lane). Children in grades K through 12 are encouraged to come with their families to get school supplies and enjoy a free hot dog barbecue lunch courtesy of Platinum Chevrolet.
