This is an interesting show as the founders of Thomas Brothers Hard Cider share details on how challenging it is to build an alcohol related business. Thomas Henry and Jason Thomas are the Thomas Brothers and they take us from start to the present in their on-going tale of bringing one of the more complicated ciders to the market, a sparkling cider made in the style of French Champagne, methode champeniose. In addition, they’re using heirloom apples and the beloved gravenstein apple from Sonoma County. It is their mission to make some “Damn good cider.” The first release will be this fall.
