SRJC Seeking to Construct On-Campus, Affordable Student Housing by 2022

Sonoma State University purchased an apartment building to house faculty. Now, the Santa Rosa Junior College would like to provide student housing on campus. Student Trustee Robert Martinez:

 

 

The JC has been looking at affordable housing for students for over a year after students considered leaving because they can’t afford to live here. The Board of Trustees will meet December 11th to take the first steps. The goal is to construct student housing in the fall of 2022.
