A U.S. judge is asking PG&E to explain any role the utility may have played in the deadly Camp Fire. The judge overseeing a criminal case against PG&E yesterday directed PG&E to respond to a series of questions about power line safety and wildfires. Investigators have yet to determine the cause of the blaze that has killed at least 88 people and destroyed about 14-thousand homes. Speculation has centered on PG&E, which reported an outage around the time and area where the deadliest and most destructive fire in California history began November 8th.
