Sonoma State University police are investigating a rape reported in an on-campus dorm room. The university issued a bulletin Monday night after a woman reported she was raped last Saturday evening. It was unclear whether the victim and suspect were students, but the bulletin said they were “acquaintances.” According to the campus newspaper, this was the first time in three years that a warning was issued for an on-campus sexual assault.
