Sonoma County Sheriff’s deputies are set to make their debut on the long-running reality television series Cops. Nearly a year after filming, the episode titled Not in My Backyard is set to premiere at ten o’clock tonight on the Paramount Network. Meanwhile, Santa Rosa police officers are set to appear on two episodes of Cops, April 1st and April 29th. Some county criminal justice leaders expressed concerns about how the show would portray minority communities, including the homeless and Latinos.
