A Vallejo woman is accused of stealing from mailboxes after leaving the Graton Casino. Sheriff’s deputies say 48-year-old Carmen Hill and a man had been driving around removing mail from boxes in a neighborhood between Santa Rosa and Rohnert Park around 4:00 Monday morning. Witnesses boxed-in Hill’s car on Scenic Drive before deputies arrived. The male suspect had been let out of the car earlier to check mailboxes and escaped.
