A cannabis dispensary is getting the green light to open up down the street from a charter school in Santa Rosa. City leaders recently overruled an objection to a proposed cannabis dispensary 685 feet west of the Santa Rosa French American Charter School. The city school district tried to appeal and block the B Kind cannabis dispensary from opening along Sonoma Avenue. B Kind officials say they are complying with all state laws and local rules.
