The Montgomery Village shopping center in Santa Rosa could be under new ownership. The current owners have been in talks to sell the shopping center to the Boston-based WS Development company according to the Press Democrat yesterday. The owners, David and Melissa Codding, informed tenants that they have been engaged in talks after being contacted by the company last summer.
